Our standards
Genuine Culture Guide aims to make creative participation clearer without promising that one format will work for everyone. We distinguish suggestions from established facts and make uncertainty visible where it matters.
Accuracy and review
We check factual statements against information available to us and use careful wording when details may vary. Articles are written to explain choices and possibilities, not to claim that an activity guarantees a particular result.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made separately from commercial arrangements. Any paid, sponsored or partner material is clearly labelled where it appears, so readers can tell it apart from independent editorial content.
Corrections
When a reader points out a possible error, we review the relevant passage and update it when warranted. We aim to make substantive corrections clear rather than quietly leaving an avoidable mistake in place.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be AI-generated. When an image is illustrative rather than a documentary depiction, we do not present it as evidence of a real event or person.
